Hello Shawn. When I am looking for something in the Bible, i tend to use www.biblegateway.com 's keyword search. i typed in "spirit upon" and many verses showed up. Below is the link you can click on to see verses related to "on".

In and On make big difference in english language. So in bible relate with Holy Spirit is big difference between in and on so I will investigate about in and on. Wondering can u give me more scripture about "on" so I can look up in bible smile.
